The Aletheia Group
The Aletheia Group is a collective of professionals, all trained in somatic-oriented, nervous-system aware modalities which prioritize sustainable human transformation and connection to the humanness of life, and the vitality of the earth.
The Aletheia Group is based in Austin, Texas. We consult with clients globally, supporting individuals, families and businesses to access vitality, optimization and prosperity.
The Aletheia Group is led by Victoria Fenton: a healing professional who has spent all of her adult life working within the realms of coaching, medicine, healing arts, self-awareness modalities and spiritual wisdoms. She has developed a unique and profoundly impactful way of integrating all of these to develop Aletheia’s constellational, synarchy-led transformational programs.
Synarchy is about “joint leadership”, and Victoria has brought together a group of clinicians, coaches, body-workers, spiritual leaders, healers and consciousness workers who are all exceptional at their craft, yet work cohesively and synergistically as a team. Aletheia offers a community approach to the discovery of self – and we utilize all of our modalities, practices and evolutionary systems internally as a way to model our methods to our clients.
Our Founder
The Aletheia Group’s founder, Victoria Fenton, has been in the world of healing arts for over 20 years, immersing herself in studying various disciplines from the age of 16. She has been in the vanguard of Functional and Performance Medicine since 2014, had lectured globally on topics as diverse as complex systems medicine, Human Design, Gene Keys and consciousness.
Everything Victoria immersed herself in began because of her own journey facing serious medical conditions which almost took her life on numerous occasions.
This journey began at age 17, and Victoria hasn’t stepped out of the realms of inner work, personal development, healing, somatics and medicine since that time.
Victoria pursued 7 years of education in Human Design, working closely with the founder, Ra Uru Hu, and was part of the original community which explored the Gene Keys alongside Richard Rudd.
Victoria has also trained in a host of coaching and psychotherapeutic modalities with leaders in the field, and is qualified in Functional Medicine, Nutrition, Naturopathy and Longevity Medicine, having worked with some of healthcare’s most forward-thinking doctors and scientists.
Victoria ran a successful integrative healing and medical practice on Harley Street in London, UK for over 7 years – pioneering a nervous system-based approach to health, wellness, mental wellbeing, chronic illness resolution and longevity medicine and consulting to many health-tech companies in the biohacking sphere. Victoria then moved to South Africa where she wrote her memoir, and created a lecture series for entrepreneurs on all things wellness.
Relocating once again, this time to America, Victoria proceeded to build The Unveil Academy, an online educational school which trains holistic healing professionals, coaches and healers in a broad array of topics, as well as offering a year-long Coach Training Certification qualification.
Victoria has long held a reputation for achieving miraculous results with clients that others could not help. This is because her approach is simple – yet powerful and comprehensive, and places the heart back at the center of healing and personal transformation. Victoria brings to all of this work a great sense of humor and complete integrity. It is that which has seen Victoria sought out globally to build medical and healing programs and bring her unique and diverse skillset to life for others.
