At The Aletheia Group, we have access to a broad array of industry-leading tests should we believe they’d be supportive to your healing journey. We offer optimization genomics, DNA Age test, leading cancer screenings and all functional analysis, as well as comprehensive labwork.

Our goal with the Aletheia A La Carte model is ultimate flexibility. This means that you are able to book ad-hoc, one-off follow up sessions as needed after your Initial Consultation – which serves as a full Case Review with our team.

We do not charge for additional email support after your Initial Consultation. If you have questions – ask them! Obviously, if email is being used in place of necessary consultations, we will advise you to book in. But if you have questions about your protocol, diet, other recommendations or the integration of additional tools – you can reach out to us. Our goal is your ultimate healing – and a foundation of clarity, understanding and access to support is important for that.

Typically, our Consultation Reports will have a suggested supplement plan to support your healing. We will explain exactly what each supplement is being suggested for, the schedule and duration of administration. We will provide you with easy access to practitioner-grade supplements, in protocols accessed from your Aletheia dashboard.

Our team are both Functional Medicine and Nutrition trained. We will offer dietary recommendations as part of your work with us. However, at Aletheia this may look a little different to what you are used to! We are not in favor of overly restrictive diets to address chronic illness as they rarely work and more typically create more stress. We will absolutely provide guidelines, but working with Aletheia will support you towards a different way of thinking about food and your nutrition.

We believe in teamwork!! It takes a village to be healthy, and we have a community of exceptional physicians and healers which you can access as one of our clients. If you are local to us in Austin, Texas we will connect you to someone in our network. If you are further afield we will support you to find a local practitioner who can aid in your healing and symptom resolution. Even at Aletheia where we utilize so many additional tools, we know our limitations. It may be that we recommend entirely external support for your situation if that is what you truly need.

If we believe that you would benefit from ongoing Aletheia support, we will invite you into our Concierge Service program. I didn’t think I actually needed all the inner stuff when I started working with Aletheia: I wanted really good biohacking and healthcare advice and Victoria came recommended by a colleague.
